Cancellations up to 10 days before arrival are free of charge. After that, 50% of the total cost will be charged.

We kindly ask you to leave the house as you found it upon arrival. If the overall condition of the house or the linen is not as it was handed over, a compensation fee may be charged to cover the additional cleaning costs.
